Acceptable Use Policy

In this Policy, JEFFRIC.COM also refers to JDCHOST (Jeffric Dot Com Hosting) and COMPUWORKZ which includes websites with address https://jeffric.com, https://jdchost.com and https://jdchost.net

By submitting the online order form or by using JEFFRIC.COM’s service, Customer hereby agrees to JEFFRIC.COM’s Terms of Service (TOS), the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the No Spam Policy (NSP), and the Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Agreements”).

Unless otherwise specified in the Agreements, the usage of “us”, “we” and “our” shall refer to JEFFRIC.COM and all its parents, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (unless otherwise specified, “JEFFRIC.COM” and “JEFFRIC.COM” shall have the same meaning and shall be interchangeable). The usage of “you”, “your”, “they” and “them” shall refer to the Customer of JEFFRIC.COM.

You hereby acknowledge that you have read the Agreements and fully understood the contents thereof. You also acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions of, and will comply in good faith with, the Agreements.

Clients are allowed to Add-on and Park unlimited number of domains on a single panel account.

Restrictions:
1. Pornography, piracy, drugs, scams and other activities that are violating Philippine Laws.
2. Non-web services such as irc, web-bots and crawlers.

Disk Space

Clients are allowed to upload all the web pages and images they need as long as it is used for the website and does not exceed the server’s maximum filesystem size.

Restrictions:
1. Not to be used as a storage facility.

Bandwidth

Restrictions:
1. Not to be used as part of a Content Delivery Network (CDN).
2. Not a radio or media streaming service.

JEFFRIC.COM has authority to suspend websites that violate our restrictions in order to maintain the stability of our servers and quality of web hosting service we provide to our clients. 

The Terms of Service, Acceptable-Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Statements are effective in addition to the restrictions outlined herein.
